Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone and in-person

• Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is accurate

• Oversee the customer lounge to ensure it is clean and well-stocked

• Provide assistance to Sales, Service, and Retail teams with clerical responsibilities

• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)

• Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming calls

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent

• Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred

• Ideally past administrative or clerical experience, open to hospitality and restaurant backgrounds

• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Ability to proactively multitask with integrity

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation

• Ability to work 40 hours with one weekend day per week

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
