Retail Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, to ensure a positive shopping experience for members.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system and handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Hourly Wage Range:
