About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of our dental and medical imaging software. As a key member of our Product team, you will play a critical role in shaping the product vision and strategy for our dental imaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the dental imaging industry, our product portfolio, and customer use cases to build empathy for dental professionals and the challenges they face.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and gather feedback on product features and functionality.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand strengths and weaknesses of competing products, and leverage insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our dental imaging solutions, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Work closely with sales and customer support to create compelling product collateral, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on roadmap direction and value propositions for dental professionals.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including product updates and sunset decisions, to ensure continued market relevance.
  • Lead the launch of new products and features, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on product strategy, roadmap, and performance to internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare, dental, or medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in managing products from concept to launch, with a focus on user experience and market needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with dental imaging technologies and the dental industry is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for creating products that improve user experiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing market.
