About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Product Management Leader to join our Real-World Data team at Clarivate Analytics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear product strategy for our Real-World Data division, driving product vision and strategy through effective leadership of the Real-World Data product management team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of RWD products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that outline short-term and long-term goals for the RWD product portfolio.
  • Lead, develop, and continue to build out a high-performing product management team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gather customer feedback and insights, ensuring that our products meet market demands.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the real-world data space.
  • Champion customer needs both within and outside the organization, giving your team the tools they need to listen to their users.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 6+ years leading a team and 5+ years in Life Sciences.
  • A track record of managing a >$50m product portfolio and driving usage and revenue growth.
  • Expertise in Real-World Data, with a strong understanding of real-world data, healthcare data, and life science industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and developing a team of product directors and managers.
