About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Watkins Insurance Group. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients to provide them with tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Insurance Solutions: Develop and implement customized insurance solutions for clients to meet their unique risk management needs.
  • Account Management: Work closely with Account Advisors and Service Advisors to manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • License: Hold an active General Lines Property and Casualty and/or General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance.
  • Experience: Have at least two to three years of experience in generating new business sales and retaining existing business for insurance products.
  • Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies and coverages.
  • Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
