This position entails managing new commercial insurance policy sales, overseeing account management, handling policy renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service to fulfill our clients' requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance sector with a valid Property & Casualty license
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Positive demeanor and strong collaborative abilities
- Familiarity with AMS360 is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating insurance applications and determining appropriate carrier options
- Providing estimates and recommending coverage alternatives
- Finalizing insurance policies and necessary documentation
- Standard working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
