Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a full-time, dedicated insurance professional to manage new commercial insurance policy sales, oversee account management, and facilitate policy renewals. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including processing insurance applications, generating quotes for new policies, managing renewals, and addressing customer inquiries regarding their policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance applications and identify suitable carrier options.
- Generate quotes and present coverage alternatives to clients.
- Bind and issue insurance policies along with necessary documentation.
- Maintain regular office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance sector with a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Background in customer service.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with AMS360 is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation:
Starting at $22.00 per hour.
