Job Details:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a fast-paced, results-driven group.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
- Market, service, and retain assigned accounts while achieving development and retention goals.

Risk Assessment:
- Conduct risk assessment surveys, gather renewal information, and provide comprehensive coverage recommendations.

Client Engagement:
- Assist in presenting insurance programs and negotiating with insurance providers to secure optimal coverage.

System Management:
- Maintain client files and execute all necessary transactions using our computer system.

Professional Development:
- Engage in seminars and training to maintain required licenses and enhance your expertise.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management, particularly within commercial insurance or property & casualty insurance.
- Valid state Property and Casualty License.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An insurance designation such as CIC or CPCU is preferred.
