Job Summary

Madison Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and maintain accurate records of room assignments and guest interactions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, hotel staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive outcome for the guest.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process guest check-outs, handle monetary transactions, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Experience with Opera Cloud systems highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events, as well as proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
