We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their families, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Provide Support: Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Interactions: Accurately document all interactions with clients and their families, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring that you are providing the highest level of service to our clients.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and MS Teams.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish or Burmese) preferred.
