Location: Open including remote and work from home
As a bodily injury claims specialist in our Contract Claims organization, you will manage extended commercial auto liability claims for one of our premiere accounts. You will collaborate with customers, recommending appropriate actions and resolutions for claims. Utilizing a diary system, you will provide clear and timely documentation of all activities through investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of claims.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of at least 125 claims in an efficient and professional manner.
2. Review, investigate, and determine fault in losses and accidents, making recommendations for resolution to our self-insured clients.
3. Evaluate, negotiate, and adjust losses and damages through complete resolution of all claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Negotiate claims settlements on behalf of the client.
Qualifications and preferred skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 3-5 years of insurance claims experience.
- Obtain and maintain necessary adjuster licenses.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships to ensure high-quality service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
