Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our Commercial Claims team at Protective Insurance. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling new loss claims on dedicated accounts, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, investigate, and determine fault in losses and accidents
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and adjust losses and damages
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service
  • Collaborate with customers to recommend the appropriate action and resolution of claims
  • Provide clear and timely documentation of all activities through complete resolution of claims

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • One to three years of insurance claims experience
  • Commercial claims experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
