Ambulatory Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care Unit team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in the Ambulatory Care Unit.
- Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to deliver safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Provide exceptional communication, confidence, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in unit and organizational activities to promote a positive image of nursing and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Day Surgery/Pre-Op setting or Medical/Surgical acute care.
- A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
