Overview:

As a vital member of our team at Cooperative Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' systems.

  • System Maintenance: Uphold the infrastructure and ensure the integrity of customer systems.
  • Technical Support: Act as a primary escalation point for resolving technical challenges and issues.
  • Project Design Input: Contribute valuable insights on the design and implementation of technical projects.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Assess customer requirements and engineer tailored solutions while considering their constraints.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain expertise in network and server environments, including Server Operating Systems, Virtualization Technology, E-Mail platforms, Cloud Services, Networking, and Security.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as logging hours, maintaining customer documentation, and utilizing the company-approved data entry system.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers as necessary, keeping them updated on incident progress and notifying them of any changes or scheduled outages.
  • Documentation: Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a Technical Mentor to Junior Technicians, fostering their development.
  • Independent Judgment: Exercise independent judgment in the best interest of the company throughout the workday.
  • Continuous Learning: Pursue training and certifications to advance personal and company goals.
  • Innovation: Provide insights and suggestions for new products or services that can benefit our clients.
  • After-Hours Support: Be available for after-hours customer support as needed.
  • Service Level Agreements: Ensure compliance with company Service Level Agreements.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering.
