Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.
  • Experience in system development adhering to rigorous processes and regulatory standards, including ARP-4754 and Mil Standards.
  • Proficiency in systems architecture modeling tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or CAMEO.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with Digital Engineering and MBSE concepts and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git).
  • Possession of or eligibility for a secret clearance is advantageous.
