Position Overview

As a key member of our team at Cooperative Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our clients' systems. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing technical challenges and enhancing our service offerings.

  • System Maintenance: Uphold the infrastructure and integrity of client systems.
  • Technical Support: Act as a primary escalation point for resolving technical issues.
  • Project Insight: Contribute valuable insights on the design and implementation of technical projects.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Assess customer requirements and engineer tailored solutions while considering their constraints.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of network and server environments, including Server Operating Systems, Virtualization Technologies, E-Mail platforms, Cloud Services, Networking, and Security.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as logging hours, maintaining documentation, and utilizing company-approved data entry systems.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with clients to keep them informed about incident progress and any scheduled changes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of technical processes for both internal and external use.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior technicians.
  • Independent Judgment: Exercise independent judgment in the best interest of the company.
  • Continuous Learning: Pursue training and certifications to enhance personal and company goals.
  • Innovation: Share ideas for new products or services that could benefit our clients.
  • After-Hours Support: Provide customer support outside of regular hours as needed.
  • Service Level Agreements: Ensure compliance with company Service Level Agreements.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possession of professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering.

  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and apply systematic problem-solving approaches.
