Collections Representative Needed - Mt. Laurel, NJ

**Job Details:**

* Schedule: Monday-Friday
* Two days: 9:15am to 6pm
* Three days: 8am to 4:45pm
* Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
* Pay Rate: $18-$20hr

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Collections Representative to work in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a collections call center, preferably with third-party collections. Strong familiarity with dialer systems, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work a 40-hour shift per week according to the provided schedule.
* Contact consumers with past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
* Display empathy and professionalism while negotiating outstanding balances.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding debt collections.
* Follow NRA collection scripts and processes.
* Accurately document all activities using the NRA system.
