About the Role:
Bancroft is a leading nonprofit service-provider for individuals across the lifespan with autism and related diagnoses. Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, residential supports, and short-term behavioral stabilization services.
We are seeking an ABA Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence, a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization.
The ABA Specialist will work under the close supervision of BCBAs to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills, and collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and training of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations.
- Develop and monitor data collection systems, engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
- Identify training needs and develop and conduct trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six months of experience in Human Services or a related field required.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
