Bancroft is a leading nonprofit service-provider for individuals across the lifespan with autism and related diagnoses. We provide a full continuum of highly effective services rooted in evidence-based practices and scientifically proven techniques. Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, residential supports, and short-term behavioral stabilization services.
We are seeking an ABA Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence. The ABA Specialist will work under the close supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills, and collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and training of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations.
- Develop and monitor data collection systems, engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
- Identify training needs and develop and conduct trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
- Participate in clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons served.
- Full-time hourly position with a consistent schedule, paid benefits, paid time off, and no billable hour requirements.
- Free BACB supervised experience for graduate students in ABA.
