Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities and Infrastructure team in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will perform technical activities on assigned projects, understand and adhere to discipline technical policies and procedures, and participate in the production of technical studies, investigations, and designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that company technical policies and procedures are practiced during the execution of projects for clients.
  • Develop design approaches and concepts on assigned projects and request assistance from senior technical staff when needed.
  • Provide discipline-specific engineering for systems and designs of low to moderate complexity.
  • Delegation of work tasks and collaboration with subordinate staff, monitor and review delegated work for accuracy.
  • Assist in the execution of technical training programs for design staff.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Assist in the performance management process by providing feedback to the Project Manager for performance evaluations.
  • Assist Project Managers in the coordination of project designs with other disciplines, including attendance at project meetings.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Professional Engineering License is required. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
