  • Project Correspondence and Reports: Prepare project correspondence, punch lists, and reports, supporting project delivery and stakeholder communication.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as secondary client contact, providing exceptional customer service and support to project stakeholders.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Assist in secondary marketing efforts, maintaining strong relationships with client contacts and promoting Tech USA's services.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Professional Certifications: PE License required; LEED AP Certification a plus.
  • Experience: 15+ years of building engineering design experience.
  • Industry Expertise: Project experience in Higher Ed, Healthcare, state and local government market sectors; Hospitality, corporate/commercial market sectors a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams in meeting project budgets and schedules.
