Job Summary
Chip 1 Exchange is seeking a talented Client Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing market research and industry trends to inform sales approaches.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up to drive repeat business.
• Provide solutions to customers' needs, navigating complex issues to find creative and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise, driving sales success and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving sales growth.

**Benefits and Compensation:**
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
