Overview
Servers as a crucial member of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office, supporting Broad Agency Announcements and acquisition processes for classified and unclassified government programs.

Job Summary
Assist in managing the solicitation process from conception to contract award, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations. Collaborate closely with Program Managers, coordinating industry days, source selection, and conflict of interest screening. Utilize internal tools and databases for efficient tracking and reporting. Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges arising during research solicitations and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
• Provide support in generating and routing acquisition deliverables, including solicitation packages and technical documentation.
• Coordinate key meetings and events, such as industry/proposer days and review sessions, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
• Oversee organizational conflict of interest screening processes, guaranteeing transparency and fairness in source selection.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records, utilizing existing tools and databases for status reporting and filing.
• Develop and implement solutions to unforeseen problems, applying creative thinking and analytical expertise to ensure project success.

Qualifications
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and clients in a collaborative environment.
• Strong client support skills, with proven ability to provide high-quality customer service and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating large-scale events, such as conferences or meetings with external visitors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
