Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Business Development team. This role will be responsible for delivering full life cycle recruitment and staffing solutions. You will partner with hiring teams and division leaders to anticipate, grow, and execute on bringing high-performing talent to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Division Leadership and Talent Acquisition team to source contacts, generate leads, identify, screen, interview, and recommend potential candidates.
  • Perform full life cycle recruitment for proposal staffing, including capture efforts, client research, and live proposals.
  • Develop scopes of work for key personnel, non-key personnel, and recommend staffing structures responsive to solicitations.
  • Develop strategies for building pipelines of qualified candidates to align with target markets and proactively identifies new sourcing strategies.
  • Recruit qualified candidates using resume databases, employee referrals, social networking, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Leverage social media networks to find, advertise, and connect with potential candidates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or relevant field.
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience required.
  • Self-driven individual with strong business acumen, excellent writing, and influencing skills.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
  • Ability to adjust priorities and execute responsibilities seamlessly.
  • Prior experience working on USG client proposals with tight deadlines.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$83,000 based on location and industry standards. Offers will be made within this range based on qualifications, education, and experience.
