The Role

This is a pivotal moment to influence the global employment landscape as a Group Product Manager in our Platform & Ecosystem division. Your contributions will significantly impact our organization and help create job opportunities for millions worldwide.

As a Group Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of advanced integrations, automated user experiences, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing Remote's status as the premier global hiring platform with unmatched workflow efficiencies across a user's technology stack. You will play a crucial role in strategic alliances with key partners to significantly enhance Remote's revenue potential.

  • Proven experience in product management, with a successful track record of managing teams and launching impactful products.
  • In-depth understanding of integration and partnership strategies, trends, and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills: you've achieved significant objectives by guiding the contributions of others.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on delivering outstanding user experiences.
  • Proficient in data analysis and utilizing metrics to inform decisions.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment.
  • Exceptional written communication and collaboration skills, facilitating swift progress and decision-making.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Evaluate new opportunities and drive the development and execution of a cohesive product strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and market needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 product managers to achieve objectives while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other product areas, business leaders, engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, operations, and more to align priorities and drive impactful outcomes for customers.
  • Product Performance: Monitor product performance and metrics to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
  • Product Advocacy: Promote your product area both internally and externally, ensuring clarity, relevance, and focus in communications with stakeholders and customers.

Compensation Philosophy

Remote's Total Rewards philosophy aims to ensure equitable, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits across all locations. The base salary range for this full-time role is between $58,000 to $130,000 USD. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and our job titles may encompass multiple career levels. The actual base pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors such as location, relevant skills, work experience, training, business needs, and market conditions. Salary ranges may be subject to change.
