About the Role

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leader to join our team as Senior Vice President: Travel and Hospitality Strategy. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our travel and hospitality strategy, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive travel and hospitality strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver seamless and rewarding customer experiences for our travel clients.
  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage and implement our travel ecosystem with other strategic partners.
  • Evolve the travel product roadmap to exceed customer expectations, build new revenue streams, and increase market share.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Actively drive year-over-year growth, including increasing customer transactions, customer visits, and overall engagement.
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for our Luxury and Hotel Collection, aligning with overall business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Develop our value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a hotel partner to our customers.
  • Manage external partners and ongoing relationships related to our travel business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Project management and governance experience with the proven ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and achieve milestones within deadlines.
  • Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities in addition to strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships, build partnerships, and influence a group of diverse stakeholders across the businesses and key functional support areas.
  • Detail-oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Credit Card Rewards is a plus.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.
What We Offer

Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $156,000 to $234,240.00, as well as discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs. Additionally, we offer paid time off packages, including planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays.
