About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Office Receptionist to join our team at Trinity Dental.

As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing patient intake forms, and providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, dentists, and staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
  • Process patient intake forms and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and staff members
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in practice management software (Dentrix)
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience
