About the Role:
MOCA Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to join our team in supporting federal practice projects in the eastern United States. As a certified professional with 10+ years of experience in construction project scheduling for government and commercial contracts, you will be responsible for utilizing P6 software to develop and maintain project schedules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review Baseline schedules for construction projects in compliance with project specifications and owner requirements.
  • Estimate contract time and determination for multiple projects.
  • Establish and manage risk associated with the project.

About You:
As a strong candidate, you should have a B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or Architecture, along with extensive experience in Primavera P6, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. A current AACE International's Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification is strongly desired. The annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 depending on your qualifications and experience.
