Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Medical Office Scheduling Professional to join our team at Boylston Staffing in Boston. This is a direct hire role with excellent benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly salary for this position ranges up to $23.00, with comprehensive benefits including 100% individual health and dental coverage and commuting cost contributions.

Job Description

This dynamic role involves scheduling appointments, greeting patients, making reminder calls, accepting co-payments, scanning, faxing, printing documents, and updating patient information. Strong communication and time management skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal wait times
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including contact details and appointment schedules
  • Make reminder calls to patients ahead of scheduled appointments
  • Process payments and handle co-payments in a secure and timely manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, faxing, and printing documents as needed
Working Environment

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The working hours rotate between 7:30 am-4:00 pm, 9:00 am-5:30 pm, and 10:00 am-7:00 pm. There will be one weekend shift every 4-5 weeks and occasional holiday work. Our office offers a great team environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
