Job Title: AVL Production Account Executive - Live Event Sales

Crystal Taylor Systems Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AVL Production Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our production sales department, you will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding our client base, and increasing market visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our production sales revenue and client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct technical and sales discussions to understand client needs and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions, presentations, and proposals.
  • Manage client information, communication updates, and project documentation in our CRM system.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to acquire new clients and promote our services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in AVL Production Event Sales, with a focus on Corporate and Faith Based clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to find the best fit between clients and our services.
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts and seek new opportunities.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Professional and personable, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to self-start, be proactive, and work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
