Job Description

Pierce Technology Corp is looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Helpdesk Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and ensuring that all computer systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle Employee Requests: Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple employee requests with different priorities and deadlines.
  2. Provide Technical Support: Offer technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  3. Respond to Queries: Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  4. Maintain Computer Systems: Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Required Skills
  • Microsoft Office 365: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Desktop Hardware: Expert understanding of desktop computer hardware and the Windows 10 operating system.
  • Data Transfer: Experience with transferring data and profile information to new PC hardware.
  • Remote Troubleshooting: Experience with remote troubleshooting of software, hardware, printers, and networking.
  • Mobile Device Management: Mobile Device Management experience, preferably with MaaS360.
  • Patch Management: Experience with patch management systems, preferably Quest KACE.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year.
