Technology Help Desk Manager

Are you a highly motivated and experienced IT professional looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing excellent customer service? Look no further Medtelligent is seeking an IT Technical Specialist to join its team.
About the Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to employees, maintaining accurate records of support requests, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our IT knowledge base and participate in IT projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using Jira Service Desk
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Windows and iOS operating systems and common applications
- Experience with Google Workspace Admin, Microsoft 365 Admin, Slack, Rippling, and Atlassian Service Desk
