RN Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work nights, 7pm-7:30am, and requires a strong background in nursing management and mental health care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring staff awareness of call-in requirements, completing daily huddles, and adhering to federal, state, and hospital laws, policies, and procedures. They will also participate in hospital quality assurance activities and clinical team meetings, and demonstrate awareness, appreciation, and respect for diverse cultures and individual differences.
About the Role:
- Ensure staffing for the next shift and code team assignments.
- Hold daily huddles at 7:00.
- Rounds are completed by the RN and MHT, with documentation reviewed.
Requirements:
A current RN license to practice in the State of TX is required, and a BSN is preferred. Two years of management experience in an Inpatient Mental Health setting is also preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, stress and crisis management skills, and analysis and evaluation of situations and patient care.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as medical, dental, vision, 401-K plans, STD/LTD, and Tickets at Work benefits.
