Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Research Nurse Supervisor to join our team in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology & Reproductive Medicine. This role will play a critical part in advancing clinical research initiatives and directly impacting the lives of patients facing gynecologic cancers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead protocol initiation and management, ensuring seamless execution of clinical trials
  • Spearhead the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and documentation practices
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and excellence
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Four years of registered nursing experience, including one year of research nursing and one year of lead/mentor, project management or supervisory experience
  • Current State of Texas professional nursing license (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $98,500 - $147,500 per annum, depending on experience.
