Role Overview

The Vice President of Customer Engagement will serve as the primary leader for a designated region within Innovaccer. You will be tasked with establishing the strategic vision for customer success, determining key focus areas for product implementation, and enhancing Innovaccer's relationships with clients. As a trusted advisor, you will integrate closely with each client, ensuring that they consistently realize value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with senior executives at client organizations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Customer Innovation Directors responsible for managing various accounts and driving adoption and growth.
  • Renewal and Growth Oversight: Oversee renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the region.
  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Identify and nurture opportunities for account expansion.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Gain insights into clients' business objectives and align them with Innovaccer's product offerings.
  • Value Realization: Identify and communicate opportunities for clients, ensuring they derive value from Innovaccer's products and services.
  • Change Management: Navigate significant changes in client requirements and processes to optimize the use of Innovaccer solutions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with consulting experience from a leading firm being advantageous.
  • Experience in people management and portfolio oversight is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to develop and present comprehensive business reviews and executive presentations.
  • Strategic account development and relationship nurturing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and hands-on experience in data analytics.
