Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Stress Technologist to join our team at the Heart Care Center of Northwest Houston. As a key member of our nuclear medicine department, you will be responsible for performing stress tests and nuclear imaging procedures with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct stress tests and nuclear imaging procedures, including patient interviews, medical history, and consent.
  • Assess patients' blood pressure, pulse, and establish Peripheral Intravenous (IV) access.
  • Prepare and administer pharmacological stress agents, dose calculation, and administration.
  • Complete daily paperwork and reports in our Eclinical EMR.
  • Perform Treadmill Stress tests when time allows.
Requirements
  • ARRT (n) or CNMT certification.
  • Knowledge of cardioMD3 (Jetstream) and cardioMD1 (Pegasus) systems.
  • PET/Nuclear experience a plus, with willingness to train.

Our team works between two locations, 7 miles apart, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. We prioritize radiation safety and adhere to ICANL/State of TX regulations.
