We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tests on in-patients and out-patients utilizing various Nuclear Medicine cameras and equipment, ensuring the safe handling and preparation of radioactive materials, and maintaining accurate radiation records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using Nuclear Medicine cameras and equipment.
- Preparing and administering radioactive materials, adhering to radiation safety protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records of radiation exposure and patient data.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited nuclear school of medicine or an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- 1 year of previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
