  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups professionally.

Who You Are:

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in event or pop-up production.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative concepts to life.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with timeline development.
  • Understanding of public relations and marketing principles.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with permits, contracts, and regulations is preferred.
