Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven professional in Air Cargo and Less than Container Load (LCL) sales and dispatch to enhance our operations. Your primary objective will be to stimulate sales growth in air freight and LCL services while overseeing efficient dispatch processes. This role requires exceptional sales skills, outstanding customer service, and a thorough understanding of logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and engage potential clients to increase sales in air freight and LCL services, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Quotation Management: Deliver accurate and competitive quotes to clients using our internal systems promptly.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Oversee dispatch operations to ensure the smooth processing of air cargo and LCL shipments, collaborating closely with the Operations team.
  • System Proficiency: Utilize internal systems for quote generation and shipment management, ensuring precise data entry and oversight.
  • Market Insight: Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments affecting air cargo and LCL shipping.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, targets, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics. A proven track record in air cargo and LCL sales, along with experience in dispatch operations, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to quickly learn new systems are required. Additional language skills, particularly in French and Haitian Creole, are advantageous. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
