Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our personal insurance products, including auto, homeowner, and umbrella policies.
* Exceed customer and agent expectations by providing professional and efficient service through positive interactions and extensive product knowledge.
* Identify opportunities to educate, quote, and sell our personal lines insurance products to customers.
* Conduct periodic renewal reviews with policyholders and provide recommendations to address potential insurance gaps.
* Foster strong relationships with agents and companies, driving business growth and success.
* Stay proactive in meeting departmental and company objectives, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.

Requirements:

* Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
* Sales-related experience is a plus, but not required.
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
* A Property & Casualty license is a plus, and obtaining a NJ Property and Casualty Insurance producer license within the first 3 months of employment is required.
* Ability to handle a high volume of in-bound and out-bound calls within time standards while maintaining a professional demeanor.
