Exciting Opportunity - Insurance Account Executive Assistant

  • Support the Account Executive in client management and retention, ensuring seamless relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, close, and solicit new business opportunities for World Insurance Associates LLC, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Generate a list of prospects through various methods, including market research and industry analysis.
  • Cross-sell different insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Create custom programs for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
  • Strengthen client relationships and ensure account retention, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance, with a proven track record of success in business development and client management.
  • Personable and motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive and resourceful approach, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Experience with agency management software, preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Self-motivated and deadline-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
