Location On-site Position
Hourly Base Pay $19.78 plus potential bonuses
Schedule Regular and Limited-Service Full-Time schedules available

This position is for both regular and limited service (FT) roles. All positions are on-site only.

Night shifts are highly desirable with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7pm and 5am.

Providing Customer Care to Vulnerable Communities.

- Base rate $19.78/hr. + 10% shift differential for evening shifts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels (i.e. telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).

Calls are basic and routine.

Utilizes computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.

Provides feedback when necessary, contributing input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.

May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.

Ensures timely responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, using pre-scripted responses.

Adheres to policies and standard operating procedures such as filling out timesheets and complying with privacy and HIPAA regulations.

Utilizes standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to perform job duties.

Assists callers with filling out online applications and submitting them electronically for processing.

Completes basic call logs related to phone inquiries.

Refers calls as required to CSR Lead.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.

Reports issues that occur via the online system for resolution by the appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Ability to work within established turnaround times.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

- Must participate and certify in internal training in both English and Spanish to begin this role.

- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish professionally and fluently.

- Must obtain a passing score in Spanish assessment.

- May be required to work overtime and scheduled holidays.

Working on-site at our office location is essential for this position. Being physically present at the worksite is crucial for effective collaboration, communication, and supervision. Applicants must be able to perform their duties on-site and meet attendance requirements. Remote or at-home work options are not available for this role until completion of at least one year of employment with above-average performance, based on specified program criteria and at the company's discretion.
