  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.
    • Market appropriate products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with our agent and other team members to achieve our marketing goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience
    • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing role.
  • Marketing and Sales Skills
    • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
