JOB SUMMARY
The Guest Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all members, visitors, and potential clients. This role is also tasked with promoting and selling all available products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly welcomes and checks in all members and visitors.
- Promotes and sells all products and services offered.
- Acts as a liaison between members and the Membership Office, including both prospective and current members.
- Manages scheduling for both Skin Care and Massage services.
- Answers and directs all incoming phone inquiries.
- Addresses all member complaints and concerns effectively.
- Responsible for executing Opening and Closing Procedures for the facility when assigned.
- Ensures that both the Program and Check-In desks are maintained in a clean, organized manner.
- Participates in monthly departmental meetings.
- Maintains a professional demeanor when not directly assisting members; refrains from non-work-related activities such as eating, sitting, reading, or browsing the internet.
- Creates a positive first impression for all visitors.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must exhibit high levels of motivation and energy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with health club operations is preferred.
- Must be a team player, willing to cover or swap shifts as needed.
- Availability to work during days, evenings, and weekends as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in customer service is necessary.
- Experience in the health club or hospitality industry is advantageous.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
