Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with our Account Executives to understand customer needs and determine how our software solution meets those needs. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting demos of our software solution to customers, having technical discussions with potential customers' IT teams, and identifying and defining customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs and determine how our software solution meets those needs.
  • Prepare and present demos of our software solution to customers.
  • Have technical discussions with potential customers' IT teams.
  • Identify and define customer needs.
  • Respond to RFPs from potential customers.
  • Utilize a strong technical background to respond to security, network architecture, industry compliance standards, and other technical questions from potential clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of the beauty and wellness or fitness industry is a plus.
  • 4+ years of strong technical sales/solutions architect background, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with energetic phone and in-person handling, attentive listening, and superior writing.
  • Desire to work in a competitive environment where one's growth potential is driven by one's abilities and attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
