Job Overview

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Engineer to drive design-in activity and wins within assigned customer accounts and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Manage Manufacturers Representatives and channel partners to support MPS products.
  • Collaborate with MPS product division marketing and engineering personnel to identify market trends and customer specific requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of target customers and industry trends.
  • Technical ability to understand MPS product portfolio and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent people and analytical skills to manage sales personnel and grow customer relationships.
  • Ability to interface with MPS executive staff and product divisions.
  • Good presentation skills to all levels of personnel.

Education:

  • Technical degree (minimum bachelor's) in an engineering discipline or proven track record of success in selling electronic components.

Location: Kirkland, WA or Pacific NW
