As a Territory Vendor Manager at Alff Construction LLC, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strong relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential vendors
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with vendors
- Develop and submit proposals for new projects, considering budgets, costs, and margins
- Process and procure vendors, maintaining contractual documentation
- Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction
- Approve vendor work completion for payment and work orders for customer invoicing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training
- 3+ years' experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, and scopes of work
- Preferred education in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- Previous experience in vendor or project management
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 21 years old
- Computer Skills: Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication platforms, and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- HS diploma; some college
