Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and supply essential company information; manage mail and delivery services
- Conduct administrative tasks, take notes, maintain records, and organize files; perform photocopying, faxing, and other clerical duties as required
- Assist in compiling information and research materials; develop and maintain presentations using PowerPoint
- Document notes and summaries during meetings; draft documents, reports, and other written materials; organize and manage files
- Carry out general errands related to the industry
- Experience various departmental responsibilities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance business operations.
- Engage in specific, business-oriented projects to research, suggest improvements, and present final outcomes during the internship
- Interact with clients or customers to provide service and/or sales support
- Learn and gain proficiency in internal software applications
- Set up, dismantle, organize, and maintain conference and training rooms; update organizational calendars
- Participate in company events and networking opportunities
- Observe multiple roles and receive training in diverse tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited college or university program for academic credit
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Enthusiastic and willing to embrace new projects and challenges
