Civil/Site Engineering Internship Opportunity

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil/Site Engineering Intern to join our team in the Philadelphia, PA office. As a Civil/Site Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist technical staff on day-to-day projects in civil/site engineering disciplines
  • Prepare site plans under the direction of junior engineers
  • Conduct code reviews and research code requirements from municipalities
  • Perform SWPPP inspections and erosion inspections on-site
  • Develop skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD
  • Participate in educational opportunities and networking events
Qualifications:
  • Actively pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with hydrology and hydraulics coursework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD experience preferred
