Office Operations Manager

In the role of Office Operations Manager, you will oversee all operational functions and staff, ensuring precision and effectiveness in financial processes while complying with accounting standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with the Administrator to execute assigned responsibilities in alignment with company policies and governmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Operations Manager include:
- Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Leading the Business Office Team and facilitating regular meetings
- Managing collections of overdue accounts and liaising with Corporate personnel
- Preparing and maintaining financial documentation
- Supervising Medicaid and Medicare processes
- Reconciling accounts and processing financial deposits
- Managing resident trust accounts and preparing requisite documentation
- Completing quarterly financial reports and other special assignments as needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required; an Associate's Degree in Business is preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounts receivable management within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with fundamental accounting practices and computerized office systems
